Virtual Association Gets Satisfaction

Orlando,FL 30 Nov 2007 -- The Real Estate Metaverse Association today added a new type of customer service for its membership. GetSatisfaction.com is a people-powered customer service which allows Remeta's members and customers to ask a question, share an idea, report a problem, or just talk.

"This type of customer service is a first for any real estate association and we're very happy to lead the way in membership satisfaction," said Remeta President Corey Leong. "At Remeta, we feel customer support is a primary concern for us and using GetSatisfaction.com will enable us to build a community around support while building a connection to its membership," he said.

Members can search for prior questions, ideas, problems, or talks. If no prior topics are retrieved, members can add the topic and its details for Remeta's support team to reply back with an answer. All topics are published and searchable to the Remeta's Service page for future members to find answers. "In addition, we will also publish all of our FAQs or Frequently Asked Questions to our customer service page on GetSatisfaction.com," Corey said. Other companies currently using the Satisfaction's service are Apple, Microsoft, O'Reilly Media, and Nintendo just to name a few.
