Remeta - Remeta Launches Real Estate is Global Initiative

Orlando,FL 21 Feb 2008 --The Real Estate Metaverse Association today launched a new initiative called "Real Estate Is Global". This initiative will be comprised of education and information for the real estate community geared towards doing business in a global market rather then locally.

"In the pre-internet days, real estate was modularized and secluded from neighboring, local markets," Corey said. "But now with the introduction and acceptance of social networks such as MySpace, Facebook, LinkedIn, Bebo, and Cyworld, real estate is no longer local. Buyers and sellers can now find each other by each other's profile, friend each other, and communicate on a daily basis," Corey conveyed. "The geographical real estate walls have officially been torn down which is a wonderful homage to the late, great President Ronald Reagan who once commanded to "Tear down this wall" in reference to the Berlin Wall," said Corey. "History always repeats itself and the time has come for the real estate industry to work and prosper together globally," he said.

To further this initiative, Remeta will release and disseminate global real estate industry information along with educational information via its new Facebook group, "Real Estate Is Global Initiative".
